What we do with what you send us.
The short version: we use your details to answer you, and for nothing else. We don’t sell them, and we don’t track you around the web.
Who is responsible
The data controller is [Company legal name], [legal form], [registered address], VAT no. [number]. For the Copenhagen studio: [Danish entity name], CVR [number], [address].
For anything about your data, write to [privacy email address]. We answer within 30 days, usually much sooner.
Enquiries
When you write to us through the contact form or the questionnaire on the home page, we receive your name, your email address, your company if you give it, the answers you pick and your message. We use them to reply and, if it comes to that, to prepare a proposal.
Legal basis: steps you ask us to take before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Applications
When you apply for a role, you send us what you choose to send — usually a CV, a portfolio or a reel — by email. We use it only to assess your application for that role and to talk to you about it.
Legal basis: steps before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We keep your application for future roles only if you tell us we may (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), and you can take that back at any time.
The “be fast” game
If you put your score on the leaderboard, the name you type and your score are saved and shown publicly. Nothing is saved unless you submit it, and you don’t need to use your real name.
What your browser sends anyway
Like every website, ours is delivered by servers that see your IP address, your browser and the pages you open. Our hosting provider uses this to keep the site running and secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in a working, safe site). Visitor statistics are counted without cookies and without identifying you.
We don’t use cookies for tracking or advertising. The site keeps a few small items in your browser’s storage only to make its features work — a game score waiting to be sent, for example.
Who else handles it
Framer B.V. (Netherlands) hosts the site and receives form submissions. [Email provider] handles our email. Supabase hosts the game leaderboard. Some pages load media from third-party servers, which receive your IP address in order to deliver the file.
Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is covered by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
How long we keep it
Enquiries: up to 24 months after our last exchange. If we end up working together, for as long as the law requires us to keep contracts and invoices.
Applications: up to 12 months after the selection for that role closes, then deleted — earlier if you ask, longer only with your permission.
Leaderboard names and scores: until you ask us to remove them.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to limit how we use it, to receive it in a portable format and to object to its use. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Write to [privacy email address].
You can also complain to a supervisory authority: the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali in Italy (garanteprivacy.it) or Datatilsynet in Denmark (datatilsynet.dk).
Changes
If we change how we handle your data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
